Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar (120 ml)
  • ¼ cup olive oil (60 ml)
  • ¼ cup water (60 ml)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro), chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables
    Thinly slice the cucumbers, onion, and bell peppers. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add aromatics
    Add minced garlic (if using), mustard seeds, turmeric, black pepper, and salt to the vegetables.
