In March last year, a shocking video emerged from a shopping centre in Stratford, east London, showing a teenager throwing a heavy chair from an upper level. The footage, filmed by another boy, quickly spread across social media platforms, drawing widespread attention and concern.
The chair, weighing approximately 15 kilograms and valued at £500, was thrown from a height of around 15 meters. The video captured the moment the object was dropped over a glass barrier, narrowly missing people below.
