Timothy Nolan, a former Kentucky judge and self described Trump 2016
In February 2018 he entered a plea deal on 21 felony counts including human trafficking of adults, promoting human trafficking of minors and unlawful transaction with a minor. The deal required him to forfeit $110k to the Human Trafficking Victims Fund. On May 4, 2018, Campbell County judge Kathleen Lape sentenced him. Nolan asked the court for probation, calling himself a first time offender at low risk to reoffend. Prosecutor Barbara Whaley answered by quoting scripture back at him, noting that Jesus forgave the thieves beside him on the cross but their punishment was still carried out. Lape gave Nolan 20 years, parole eligibility in 4, lifetime sex offender registration, no contact with his victims, no social media and no pornography. Before any of this became public, Nolan’s Facebook rants about Hollywood child sex cults were already circulating in QAnon groups as insider proof.
